We are thrilled to announce the latest (and smartest) additions to our fleet of cargo bikes, the Urban Arrow Family Performance Line and Cargo Line with Smart System. Fitted with the newest drive units from Bosch, the Smart System showcases a larger battery, more power, smart connectivity, and an improved display.
With these new models, we’ve maintained the same iconic front-loader design our riders know and love. The EPP box, made from the same material as a bicycle helmet, keeps your precious cargo in front of you. The low center of gravity means this bike handles like a dream. Performance Line
With the Smart System update, the Performance Line model receives some significant upgrades. The added torque takes the motor from 65 to 75 Nm, providing effortless assistance throughout your daily adventures. Achieve more distance between charges thanks to the larger battery increased from 500 Wh to 545 Wh. The intuitive L-shaped remote allows you to adjust your assist and toggle through analytics. The remote seamlessly coordinates with the Intuvia 100 display, all without taking your hands away from steering. The internally-geared transmission features smooth and stepless shifting paired with a strong and reliable KMC chain designed for handling heavy loads. The Performance Urban Arrow Family is a great ebike for families on the go looking to add some fun and function to their daily commute.
Cargo Line
The Urban Arrow Family Cargo Line with Smart System offers our most robust motor yet. This is the perfect ride for transporting heavier loads, plus, the most recent updates make this great bike even better. The Cargo Line motor provides 85 Nm of powerful assistance to boost you and your precious cargo up hills or through intersections safely. This model also receives a larger battery so you can enjoy increased range with 545 Wh to play with. See your ride details displayed in brilliant color with the Kiox 300 screen, placed conveniently in the center of your handlebars. Speaking of convenience, enjoy little to no maintenance thanks to the clean and exceptionally durable Gates carbon belt drive and internally geared transmission. For Urban Arrow Family Cargo Line with Smart System purchased in 2024, we’re including a free anti-theft ConnectModule from Bosch. It is the perfect choice for families or businesses seeking powerful, safe, and reliable urban transport.
Stay Connected
The ConnectModule has different functionalities, namely an ebike alarm, a motor lock, GPS tracking, and the automatic filing of a police report, all increasing theft protection. The motion sensors track movement when your ebike is locked and will sound an alarm as a powerful theft deterrent. In the event that your bike is stolen, the ConnectModule will show you real time the location of the bike and allows you to draft an automatic theft report to the police with all information required. In addition, you can lock the ebike remotely so that the thief is not able to use the drive unit of the bike anymore. We can’t prevent your ebike from being stolen, but with the ConnectModule we can make it extremely difficult.
Only if you buy your Cargo Line Smart System Model in 2024, you’ll get the ConnectModule installed free of charge including a complimentary one year premium eBike Flow App subscription. Afterwards, the costs are $34.99/year.
Smart Connectivity
With the Smart System Cargo and Performance models you can now connect your phone to your ebike via the eBike Flow app. This app is designed to enhance the e-biking experience and offers an array of exciting features.
- Security: The eBike Lock smart feature is the perfect compliment to the mechanical cafe lock on the Urban Arrow Family. With the Flow app installed, your linked smartphone functions as a key via bluetooth. When your phone disconnects from the bike as you walk away, the motor automatically locks. When you return, the motor support is reactivated. There is also an option to manually enable or disable the lock function via the app. These helpful safety features provide peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy the ride.
- Ride Customization: Adjust your support levels and riding modes via the app to suit your preferences and terrain. Front carrier loaded up with kiddos? Give yourself some extra power for a smoother take off by enabling Cargo mode. With an array of customizable riding modes, there’s plenty of options to fit every rider’s style. In addition to the riding modes, you can also use the app to plan your ride more effectively by monitoring your battery and range.
- Auto mode: The new Auto mode adjusts your assist based on pedaling cadence and terrain. Especially if you have your kids with you, you want to focus on the road and don’t think about switching between the different levels of assistance. Therefore, we say with Auto mode, you can set it and forget it
- Navigation: Sync the app with your Kiox screen to display directions right at your handlebars and activate voice output and directions from the app. This feature means you can safely and easily navigate through your environment hands-free.
- Activity Tracking: Monitor your rides, including distance, speed, and duration, to track your performance and progress or share your ride with friends and fellow cyclists. You can even link your data to other apps such as Strava or Apple Health.
- Hill Hold: The Hill Hold function increases the ease of use for these bikes even further. When walking the bike uphill use this feature to prevent the risk of rolling backwards. Similarly, the walk assist function provides an extra boost to offset the weight of the bike.
- Maintenance: Get the most out of your bike by receiving reminders for maintenance or upcoming services required. You can also easily initiate system updates, ensuring your ebike’s optimal performance.
