How does it work?
The application for the accessory pack is done through your Urban Arrow dealer. After confirming your purchase of the Urban Arrow Family Performance Plus, they can request the pack through our dealer portal. The accessories will then be delivered to the dealer. Please allow approximately 7 working days for delivery.
By delivering the pack through your dealer, we are most sure that the Urban Arrow extra bench is mounted correctly. This way we can continue to ensure the safety of our cargo bikes.
